Abstract:
The biochemical, physiological analysis and the genetical studies for three fish species (Oreochromis niloticus, Oreochromis aureus and Clarius gariepinus) were collected from five locations (Abbassa, Manzala, Altal-Alkaber, Shader Azam and Borolos). The The heavy metals on three fishes species increased in liver more than gills and muscles. On the other hand, R.B.Cs, Hb, P.C.V and activity of ALT & AST decreased in fishes collected from Manzalla. Liver glycogen decreased in Oreochromis aureus and ClariasThe chromosomal aberrations for three species of fishes were collected from five polluted locations. The induction of aberrant cells increased in the three species of fishes collected from five polluted locations except one location (Abbassa).
