Abstract:
Thirty-two fungal species were isolated from soil samples which belong to ten genera. These fungal genera belong to three division: Ascomycotina, Deuteromycotina and Zygomycotina. Ascomycotina represented by eighteen fungal species related to two genera: 2- The obtained results showed also that the highest number of genera, species and the highest total fungal viable count were recorded in soil sample number five which cultivated with Triticum sativum and contained seven genera and twelve species with tot3- Aspergillus was the most dominant genus and it was represented in all soil samples with total viable count 109.31x103 (CFU/gm) which represented 44.26% of all fungal isolates. Fusarium was the second most dominant genus with total count 44.66 x103 (CFU
